Our Story
From Dough to Dollars: The Tale of Building a Beloved NYC-style Pizza and Prime Burger Empire
It all started with a passion for pizza and burgers. Growing up in New York City, Harrison was surrounded by delicious food at every corner. He couldn’t get enough of the cheesy, saucy goodness that came out of the pizza parlors and the juicy, perfectly cooked burgers at mom-and-pop diners. As he got older, Harrison found himself dreaming of opening his own pizza and burger joint.
The Journey Begins: A Passion for Pizza and Burgers Ignites
Harrison and Marlene knew that starting their own restaurant group was going to be a challenge, especially in a city with so many options. But they was determined. They spent years saving up, raising money and researching the competition. When they finally had enough money, they took a leap of faith and bought their first restaurant, Westbrook’s.
It wasn’t easy at first. There were months when they barely made enough money to stay afloat. But Harrison and Marlene were determined to make it work. They knew that they had something special, something that people in New York City would love. So, they kept pushing, hiring Chef Cotter to perfect Italian recipes, and listening to their customers.

Eventually, word started to spread. People were talking about Westbrook’s pizza. They loved the crispy crust and fresh ingredients. They loved the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant, the friendly staff, and the affordable prices. Before he knew it, Westbrook’s restaurant was packed every night.
But with success came new challenges. Harrison and Marlene had to figure out how to keep up with the demand while maintaining the quality of his food. They hired more staff, trained them to his standards, and worked long hours to make sure that each and every customer was satisfied. Renato’s also had to deal with competition from other restaurants that were copying their recipes or offering similar dishes.
But the Westbrooks were determined to stay on top.
Responding to customer inquiries, they decided to expand into the burger business. They struck a deal to acquire Prime Time Burgers.
Harrison and Marlene doubled down. They invested in marketing, social media, and customer loyalty programs. They also expanded their menu to include salads, sandwiches, and desserts. They even opened up a second locations for both Prime Time Burgers and Westbrook’s in a different neighborhood.
